This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop branded graphics, social media posts, and short-form content across various platforms

• Create design assets for marketing campaigns, announcements, and partner promotions

• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity throughout all content produced

• Work collaboratively with the social media, email, and growth teams to address content requirements

• Pre-produce content in batches to uphold a steady publishing schedule

• Refine creative elements based on performance metrics to enhance conversion rates

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary; a portfolio is required for consideration

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or comparable design tools

• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is an added advantage

• Strong sense of aesthetics and awareness of brand identity

• Comfortable with both copywriting and visual design tasks

• Capable of producing assets quickly while maintaining high quality

• Well-organized and able to meet content deadlines effectively
