This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of campaign strategies from the initial brief through to launch and post-campaign reporting.
• Work collaboratively with creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to create and distribute all campaign materials.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
• Track campaign performance and provide assistance with modifications or optimizations based on initial results.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and interactions.
• Aid in the collection and organization of campaign metrics and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the review of campaign materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established brand standards.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all campaign-related content, assets, approvals, and relevant documentation.
• Assist in campaign launch activities, ensuring that all necessary materials, resources, and communications are prepared and distributed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand and Communications to implement integrated marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed of brand standards, audience needs, and industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with agencies or creative teams.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with design, content, and digital teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and collaborative skills to facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze issues thoroughly and from multiple perspectives, demonstrating sound practical judgment.
• Proven capability to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, improve content development, support campaign execution, and increase operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Experience coordinating efforts across internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Knowledge of marketing campaign execution and integrated marketing principles.
• Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Consistent attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn and leverage new technologies, software platforms, and digital tools to support business objectives.
