• Develops, designs, and implements integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and internal platforms.
• Takes full ownership of creative deliverables from inception to final execution, working independently while exercising sound judgment.
• Converts strategic briefs, business goals, and brand direction into engaging, high-quality, brand-aligned creative solutions.
• Collaborates closely with brand, content, performance marketing, and business stakeholders to produce performance-driven creative.
• Aids in campaign brainstorming, including messaging, visual direction, and storytelling, adhering to established strategies and brand guidelines.
• Creates polished visual assets across various formats, encompassing digital ads, social media content, presentations, email, web, and printed materials.
• Consistently applies and maintains brand standards, ensuring alignment with Envision’s brand strategy in all deliverables.
• Facilitates brand rollout and activation by executing creative work within set guidelines.
• Engages in maintaining and applying brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across channels and partners.
• Organizes and manages creative assets within digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Contributes to motion graphics and video content creation, including basic animation, editing, or production assistance.
• Provides support for art direction during photography and video shoots as required.
• Addresses complex or ambiguous creative challenges by leveraging experience, judgment, and design expertise.
• Effectively collaborates with internal teams and external agencies to achieve high-quality creative results.
• Clearly articulates and communicates creative concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio that showcases end-to-end concept development and execution.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiar with digital marketing principles and performance-oriented creative approaches.
• Capable of contributing to copywriting and message development to support brand and campaign objectives.
• Experience in creating motion graphics (After Effects or similar applications preferred).
• Background in digital video production and editing across various formats and platforms.
• Interest or practical experience in photography and art direction.
• Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and brand governance standards.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for aligning creative work with broader business objectives.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in creative, design, or brand roles is essential.
• Experience in agency or in-house marketing settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with campaign-based creative work across digital channels is advantageous.
