This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the Group's brand strategy and visual identity across various communication materials.

• Design posters, marketing collateral for websites, email templates, presentations, social media advertisements, and other communication assets.

• Oversee complex design projects with the external Creative team from initial brief through to final delivery.

• Keep brand assets, templates, and internal files updated, including those on SharePoint and shared folders.

• Compose and edit content for websites, social media campaigns, corporate reports, employer branding, and marketing materials.

• Aid in storytelling and messaging across different communication channels.

• Execute and manage the corporate website and Group's social media platforms.

• Monitor content and audience engagement across digital channels.

• Manage content calendars for multiple Group-owned channels.

• Utilize audience insights, analytics, and performance data to enhance content effectiveness, reach, and engagement.

• Conduct research on competitors and market trends to boost channel performance and digital presence.

• Assist with internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

• Coordinate communications projects by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Maintain project trackers, content calendars, and reporting tools.

• Collect data, identify issues, and support the implementation of process improvements and enhancements in channel performance.

• Collaborate with PR, media relations, executive communications, ESG, internal communications, creative, and other teams.

• Prepare content and materials for events, partnerships, sponsorships, stakeholder engagement, and employee and ESG communications.

• Manage purchase orders, subscriptions, supplier coordination, trackers, and systems.

• Oversee and manage shared communications inboxes.

• Clearly present operational information to stakeholders.

• Maintain SharePoint, internal files, digital assets, and administrative systems.

• Support requests, approvals, meeting actions, events, and team priorities.

• Research and assess AI tools and other technologies for communication activities.

• Solid understanding of digital communications, including website content management, social media, and audience engagement tracking.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and formatting abilities.

• Capability to consistently apply brand guidelines, tone of voice, and editorial standards.

• Proficient design skills across both digital and print media formats.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and conflicting priorities.

• Ability to leverage analytics, reporting, and research to enhance content and channel performance.

• Understanding of how communications align with organizational objectives.

• Interest in higher education, reputation management, and audience engagement.

• Experience in communications, marketing, digital, or creative roles.

• Proven experience in writing, editing, and formatting content for diverse audiences and channels.

• Experience in updating websites and supporting social media activities across various channels.

• Experience in creating visual assets for both digital and print formats.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is desirable.

• Proven experience in applying brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content standards.

• Experience coordinating projects, administrative processes, or operational tasks.

• Experience working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, or agencies.

• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting administrative and operational processes.

• A portfolio is required; applications without a portfolio may not be considered.

• Flexibility and adaptability to undertake additional duties or shifting priorities.
