This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee the direct management of the Account Team personnel, including task delegation and workflow management.
• Monitor and enhance employee performance.
• Handle scheduling, human resource responsibilities, staffing, training, staff development, communication, and support.
• Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the Account Management team, track their performance, and provide coaching.
• Guarantee compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Administer staff time-off calendars to maintain service continuity.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Participate in interviewing candidates and making hiring suggestions.
• Prepare and present performance evaluations.
• Offer coaching, consultation, and training to staff.
• Foster the growth and development of team members.
• Cultivate future leaders for branch operations.
• Advocate for IOA culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Identify performance deficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
• Maintain open communication with leadership.
• Develop and ensure adherence to core operational processes.
• Implement and uphold company policies.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and industry knowledge.
• Continuously enhance management and leadership skills.
• Build and sustain positive, productive relationships with IOA leadership, peers, colleagues, and employees.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with extensive and diverse industry knowledge.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• All necessary active property & casualty (P&C) licenses.
• Exceptional communication and personnel management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
