Branch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, mentor, and manage branch staff.

• Accurately and securely handle office cash.

• Achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ensure the timely and precise processing of loans and income tax returns.

• Track reporting and reduce overdue debts through collection efforts.

• Adhere to state and federal lending regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior management experience.

• Experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with state and federal lending regulations.

• A valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use.

• Experience in finance is preferred.
