BPL Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for borrowers while fostering enduring client relationships.

• Assess loan files to ensure adherence to established guidelines.

• Oversee the onboarding, underwriting, and closing processes.

• Handle multiple loan files and maintain client relationships concurrently.

• Collaborate with the Closing and Underwriting teams throughout the loan process.

• Acquire necessary documentation from borrowers to finalize loans.

• Inspect funding packages for accuracy prior to submission to treasury for funding.

• Track borrowers’ line-of-credit usage.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Review and revise policies and procedures as required.

• Assist in the training of new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in financial services and/or real estate.

• Proven experience in leading transaction teams and managing client interactions.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.

• In-depth understanding of the loan closing process.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Skilled in collaboration for effective cross-functional coordination.

• Demonstrated dedication to maintaining high professional ethical standards.
