This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Bookkeeper Manager to provide timely solutions to client requests, ensuring task assignments are completed within 30 minutes and client responses are made within 2 hours.
• Exhibit a careful approach in executing tasks based on instructions from clients and account managers, ensuring precision and a strong focus on detail.
• Actively enhance your knowledge in property management to gradually take on more responsibilities from management, utilizing insights gained through APM Help.
• Keep thorough documentation of client requirements, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Show initiative in efficiently completing tasks and offering valuable support to the account manager.
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in Bank Reconciliation and Account Payables.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or Rentvine is considered a plus.
• Skilled in using various digital tools and technologies.
• A genuine interest in learning about property management; prior experience is not required.
• Outstanding attention to detail, capable of understanding software processes, and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proactive and responsive attitude towards client and team interactions.
• Must have a functioning laptop/desktop with at least 4-16GB RAM.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 15-20 Mbps.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
