Bookkeeper – Financial Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain precise and current bookkeeping records throughout the month.

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and financial accounts on a monthly basis.

• Prepare and uphold Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and monitor outstanding customer payments.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and manage customer account balances.

• Process vendor invoices and handle Accounts Payable tasks.

• Schedule and carry out vendor payments while keeping track of due dates.

• Monitor cash position, recurring obligations, loan payments, and credit card balances.

• Proactively identify and communicate any potential cash flow or liquidity issues.

• Process customer orders and ensure that payments are recorded accurately.

• Execute outgoing payments while maintaining transaction accuracy.

• Process payroll for a small team.

• Assist with ACH setup, vendor maintenance, banking administration, and financial documentation requests.

• Demonstrated bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business setting.

• Strong comprehension of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting reconciliations.

• Robust skills in cash flow monitoring and financial organization.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.

• Comfortable operating across various sales and payment channels.

• Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or multi-channel businesses is a plus.
