Bookkeeper – Financial Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Maintain precise and current bookkeeping records throughout the month.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and financial accounts.

• Prepare and uphold Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable and track outstanding payments from customers.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and manage customer account balances.

• Process vendor invoices and oversee Accounts Payable operations.

• Schedule and execute vendor payments while keeping track of due dates.

• Monitor cash position, recurring obligations, loan payments, and credit card balances.

• Proactively identify and communicate any potential cash flow or liquidity issues.

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate recording of payments.

• Execute outgoing payments while maintaining transaction accuracy.

• Handle payroll processing for a small team.

• Assist with ACH setup, vendor maintenance, banking administration, and financial documentation requests.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting within a small business setting.

• Strong comprehension of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.

• Experience in preparing financial reports and performing reconciliations.

• Solid skills in cash flow monitoring and financial organization.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to address concerns proactively.

• Comfortable navigating multiple sales and payment channels.

• Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or multi-channel businesses is advantageous.
