This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks for three hospitality venues and the operating entity.
• Process and reconcile invoices through Xero.
• Utilize DEXT to review invoices and create payment files.
• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping across all entities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports promptly, including commentary on trends.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and operational platforms, ensuring timely month-end updates.
• Assist with basic reporting and organization of financial data.
• Provide administrative assistance to the business owner as required.
• Help with scheduling, coordination, and various operational tasks.
• Support documentation and basic administrative functions across venues.
• Facilitate streamlined communication and enhance operational workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, preferably in hospitality or multi-entity settings.
• Strong expertise in Xero (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Dext or similar invoice management applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple entities effectively.
• Comfortable assisting with both financial tasks and light executive assistant responsibilities.
