Bookkeeper, digital tax firm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of client bookkeeping independently, utilizing the BMD NTCS software, which is primarily paperless and automated.

• Ideally, you will also assist with ongoing payroll processing.

• You will greet new clients and help with administrative duties (e.g., preparing fee invoices) while also supporting our marketing initiatives, such as creating advisory videos, enhancing our tax chatbot (tax-gpt), and generating social media content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the accounting software BMD NTCS.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a bookkeeper managing multiple clients simultaneously.

• A positive outlook and enjoyment in your work.

• A friendly demeanor towards everyone.

• Willingness to continually simplify and optimize processes.

• Ideally, you have completed commercial or vocational training (HAK/HAS) or possess relevant certifications (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter — certified balance sheet accountant, bookkeeping certification).
