This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and refresh all financial records within Xero (mandatory)
• Administer accounts payable and receivable functions
• Track and pursue overdue payments and creditors
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and submitted on time
• Manage Gmail inbox and coordinate calendars for installations and site activities
• Arrange upcoming flooring installations and monitor job progress
• Execute monthly administrative responsibilities and reporting
• Keep precise records across internal systems
• Process orders and invoices via the company’s internal sales system (training will be provided)
• Oversee stock ordering and confirm materials are prepared for forthcoming installations
• Collaborate internally to guarantee a seamless workflow from sale to installation
• Perform customer check-in calls during projects
• Follow up on job progress and assess customer satisfaction
• Update internal systems with outcomes and notes from calls
• Uphold a professional and welcoming customer experience
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated bookkeeping experience with Xero for Australian clients in construction, flooring, trades, or similar industries
• Proficient in the following tools:
• Xero (essential)
• Google Workspace (GMail, Google Calendar)
• Internal sales and invoicing system (training will be provided)
• VoIP system for accessing New Zealand phone numbers
• Exceptional communication skills (comfortable speaking with customers on the phone)
• Experience in job scheduling and stock coordination is a significant advantage
