This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate invoices for payment collection from merchants and partners
• Manage the Accounting Invoice folder
• Review internal reports to spot inconsistencies, delinquencies, and inadequate payments
• Conduct various account reconciliations
• Assist the Accounting team with different reports and projects
• Ensure accurate data maintenance in QuickBooks Online
• Establish and manage vendor information and records
• Help in preparing monthly partner residuals
• A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience
• Preference for candidates with Purchasing and/or Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, ERP, SaaS, and Excel
• Experience in Merchant Services or related industries is advantageous
