📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily financial operations for the organization.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and customer payments.

• Oversee aging reports and actively pursue outstanding receivables.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for all Bank of Commerce accounts.

• Generate precise monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports for ownership review.

• Administer semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll through ADP.

• Reconcile daily Lightspeed POS sales data with QuickBooks Online.

• Act as the main administrator for QuickBooks Online.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience, preferably in retail or a product-based industry.

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online — you can navigate it effortlessly.

• Experience using ADP for payroll processing.

• Familiarity with Lightspeed POS or similar retail point-of-sale systems.

• Strong grasp of GAAP, distinctions between accrual and cash basis accounting, and retail-specific accounting nuances (e.g., inventory, COGS).

• Proficient in bank reconciliation — this will be a fundamental aspect of your weekly tasks.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing a complete set of books.
