⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge in process mapping

• Experience in modeling

• Development of functional requirements and business rules

• Ability to document journeys, operational flows, and decision criteria

• Familiarity with process modeling tools

• Experience with digital transformation (preferred)

• Knowledge in Design Thinking and Service Design (preferred)

• Experience in banking operations or operational platforms (preferred)
