This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct credit card reconciliations across various entities, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and supported by valid receipts.
• Review credit card transactions submitted through Zoho by team members, confirming adherence to company policies and verifying that supporting documentation is both complete and correct.
• Proactively follow up with team members to obtain any missing or incomplete receipts and swiftly resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee bookkeeping for multiple bank accounts and credit cards, including transaction coding, reconciliation, and maintaining precise and accurate ledgers.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks for our property development business, encompassing tracking project-related costs and ensuring proper categorization.
• Provide support for general bookkeeping activities across the broader group, aiding the finance team as necessary.
• Administer the Zoho platform from an administrative standpoint, which includes onboarding new users, removing access when needed, and ensuring system integrity.
• Contribute to enhancing processes, controls, and consistency in the management and capture of financial data.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, preferably supporting multiple entities or a group structure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero or Quickbooks, with experience in Zoho being highly valued.
• Experience in managing high-volume transactions, especially related to credit cards and expense management.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
• Confident in following up with stakeholders and ensuring accountability for any missing information.
• You are organized, dependable, and capable of managing your time effectively in a remote working environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
