This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the monthly financial closing process and associated activities for clients.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks.
• Bill the clients’ customers and oversee accounts receivable management.
• Process accounts payable for clients, including managing approval workflows.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and third parties.
• Ensure that all assignments adhere to the firm’s quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional client service consistently.
• Established experience in invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections.
• Proficient in accounts payable entries and resolving related issues.
• Experience in account reconciliation, including analysis of accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Familiarity with web-based accounting software applications.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Capability to manage multiple engagements at once.
