This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee monthly financial accounts across various entities:
• Operational financial accounts
• Trust account management
• Two charitable organizations
• Execute highly intricate reconciliations (beyond standard MYOB/Xero matching)
• Investigate discrepancies and independently resolve variances
• Assist in the preparation of end-of-financial-year accounts
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Create advanced reports using Excel
• Develop automated reconciliation models
• Design Excel macros or code-like reporting outputs
• Enhance reporting efficiency through technical solutions
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to pinpoint inconsistencies
• Provide daily administrative support to the organization
• Aid with various operational tasks as needed
• Learn and navigate bespoke internal systems
• Minimum qualification: Bookkeeping certification; accounting qualifications are highly valued.
• Strong background in Australian accounting administration and bookkeeping, including trust account oversight.
• Proficient in MYOB and Xero (or similar accounting software).
• Highly adaptable and self-assured in adopting new technologies.
• Fluent in English with outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
