This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee comprehensive bookkeeping activities for clients based in Australia.
• Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
• Generate monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and consistently updated.
• Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
• Provide assistance with BAS preparation and submission support.
• Guarantee adherence to Australian tax laws, including GST and FBT regulations.
• Support payroll processing when necessary.
• Aid in year-end reporting and preparation for audits.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure precise reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting specific to Australia (REQUIRED).
• Hands-on experience working directly with Australian clients or organizations (REQUIRED).
• In-depth knowledge of Australian accounting standards and compliance protocols.
• Practical experience with GST, BAS, and FBT processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to operate independently in a fully remote environment.
