• As the Booking Manager, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and refining the project's booking strategy, aimed at enhancing the conversion of leads into potential students.

• You will consistently create, develop, and motivate a high-performance team, ensuring adherence to all processes and delivering exceptional service to prospective students.

• You will work in collaboration with the leadership team to shape the project's overall strategy and enhance leadership and team management practices.

• Appointment Booking Strategy | Expertise in defining booking strategies and improving booking and show-up rates.

• Incentive Structures | Ability to design incentive programs for commercial or sales teams.

• Strategic Thinking | Skilled in setting objectives, analyzing results, interpreting data, identifying root causes, and formulating effective strategic plans.

• Execution Management | Capable of resource allocation, timeline setting, priority communication, problem-solving, and quality control.

• Process Mapping | Proficient in deconstructing, analyzing, structuring, documenting, and optimizing organizational processes for efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement.

• Selective Recruitment | Competent in evaluating candidates’ abilities, choosing the right individuals, and inspiring them to join the project.

• Inspirational Communication | Able to encourage teams to have confidence in themselves and excel in their performance.

• Situational Mentoring | Skilled in providing feedback and developing individual skills based on their challenges and personal traits.

• Collaborate with the CEO/GM to establish the booking strategy.

• Design and enhance booking and sales processes and scripts in Notion.

• Create, implement, and refine booking journeys in Pipedrive.

• Ensure high-quality adherence to booking processes, scripts, and journeys throughout the team.

• Guarantee that team leaders comply with the leadership and management methodology.

• Coordinate and assist team leaders, the Assistant Booking Manager, and the Booking Operations Lead in daily activities.

• Revise booking job descriptions whenever changes occur.

• Gather improvement suggestions from team leaders regarding processes, scripts, booking journeys, and the team’s leadership and management methodology.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Booking Manager to design and implement the recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development plan for the booking and sales team.

• Work with the Booking Operations Lead to develop and execute the coordination plan for bookings and show-ups.

• Partner with the Power BI Consultant on the design of dashboards for operational and financial KPI analysis related to the booking teams.

• Collaborate with the Digital Manager to implement and optimize software and automations related to the booking process.

• Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance lead acquisition, nurturing, booking, and show-up of qualified leads.
