Bodily Injury Adjuster – UM/UIM Severe/Complex Represented Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations for moderately represented claims, including UM/UIM claims related to automobile accidents.

• Managing intricate CPL claims or specialized claims.

• Taking recorded statements and addressing loss of use claims.

• Negotiating and resolving or referring issues related to bodily injury.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in liability investigations, evaluations of bodily injury claims, and negotiation.

• Experience in handling casualty claims is essential.

• Prior experience in managing UM/UIM bodily injury claims is required.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.

• Capability to work independently and remotely.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
