Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented/Litigation, Complex/Severe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a team focused on managing claims across California and the Northern and Southern West Coast regions.

• Conduct investigations into automobile collisions involving one or more vehicles that lead to property damage and/or personal injuries.

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while ensuring outstanding customer service.

• Interact with clients and attorneys through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and text messaging.

• Participate in negotiation efforts to achieve fair settlements for injuries with all parties concerned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claims is necessary.

• Experience with Casualty Claims in California and/or the Northwest or Southwest States is preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities, particularly via phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work autonomously and remotely while managing time effectively.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and liability assessment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
