Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented Third Party Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations on moderate to complex represented claims, which generally involve single or multi-car accidents and significant claims.

• Manages liability and bodily injury investigations, records statements, resolves loss of use claims, and disburses payments to the relevant parties.

• Engages in negotiations to settle or refer bodily injury matters that remain unresolved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in handling represented casualty claims is essential.

• Experience with claims in NY, NJ, and PA is preferred.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in managing moderate to complex Bodily Injury claims is required.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to successfully evaluate and negotiate injury claims.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
