Bodily Injury Adjuster – Represented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injuries where legal representation is present.

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout your daily tasks.

• Participate in negotiation discussions to achieve fair settlements for injury claims involving all parties concerned.

• Interact with clients and attorneys via various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Keep detailed records of your work in a claims management system and ensure that all documentation is timely and accurately completed as you process each claim.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling third-party claims related to Casualty Represented or Litigation is mandatory.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling Casualty Claims in Nevada and/or Washington.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work autonomously and remotely while effectively managing your time.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate and negotiate injury claims.

• Familiarity with cutting-edge tools and platforms for efficient claims assessment.
