This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage intricate and significant auto claims that involve property damage, bodily injuries, legal representatives, and litigation processes.
• Conduct investigations on coverage and liability aspects.
• Assess damages and associated risks.
• Maintain communication with clients and legal representatives.
• Negotiate equitable settlements for injury claims.
• Steer claims through a swift, fair, and thoroughly documented procedure.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Operate autonomously while effectively managing time.
• Engage in online meetings and training sessions with the camera turned on.
• Execute additional related tasks as assigned.
• Previous experience in handling third-party casualty claims with representation or litigation.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing bodily injury claims.
• Experience with moderate to complex bodily injury claims.
• Familiarity with claims management in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
• Preferred experience with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center.
• Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and evaluate claims accurately.
• Capability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in evaluating and negotiating injury claims successfully.
• Awareness of innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims evaluation.
• A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
• Minimum internet bandwidth requirement of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
• Suitable work surface and seating arrangements.
• Must adhere to relevant licensing requirements; any necessary license must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• If currently holding an active insurance license, must cancel existing appointments and maintain no outside appointments during employment.
• Candidates must undergo a background check.
