Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify details related to complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Evaluate potential for subrogation or fraud and manage complex cases accordingly.

• Utilize an advanced understanding of company insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.

• Independently investigate complex auto claims related to coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when necessary.

• Identify vehicle body components and evaluate possible property damage.

• Recognize customer needs and effectively address them using appropriate service skills.

• Experienced adjuster capable of thriving in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment.

• Deep understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance field, and organizational relationships.

• Competence in investigating complex auto claims concerning coverage, liability, and damages.

• Ability to exercise discretion and independence with heightened authority.

• Skills in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims.

• Proficiency in claims investigation, administration, review, and resolution.

• Strong case management and investigative skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.

• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working remotely.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
