📋 Description

• Participate in quarterly Board of Directors meetings.

• Offer strategic insights and industry knowledge.

• Assess organizational objectives and growth strategies.

• Provide recommendations on operational effectiveness and risk management.

• Aid in identifying opportunities for business development and partnerships.

• Act as a representative for the organization within the community.

• Deliver independent feedback on significant organizational decisions upon request.

• Must be a resident of New Jersey.

• Background in healthcare, home care, home health, senior services, finance, legal, compliance, human resources, marketing, business development, or executive leadership.

• Strong professional connections and community engagement within New Jersey.

• Capability to provide impartial and constructive advice.

• Dedication to fostering ethical and high-quality care delivery.
