This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and govern the operations of the organization.
• Collaborate with key leaders to formulate strategic plans and initiatives.
• Participate in fundraising activities by contributing personally and involving donors and sponsors.
• Serve as an advocate for FRIENDS within the community.
• Ensure ethical and legal fiscal management through the review of budgets and essential policies.
• Recruit and assess the CEO to ensure strong organizational leadership.
• Strong commitment to the mission of FRIENDS.
• Capability to engage in strategic planning and key initiatives.
• Prior experience in fundraising or community advocacy is preferred.
• Willingness to act as an advocate and ambassador for FRIENDS in the community.
• Ability to connect with community members, donors, and sponsors.
• Experience in overseeing budgets, audits, and policies is preferred.
• Readiness to recruit and evaluate the CEO of the organization.
• Volunteer position without financial compensation.
