This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer an executive viewpoint on workforce challenges, hiring trends, compensation dynamics, and operational labor limitations throughout construction markets.
• Provide insights regarding contractor expansion, backlog growth, regional scaling, and risks associated with workforce-dependent execution.
• Assist in validating market observations, analyzing labor trends, benchmarking compensation, and initiating workforce forecasting efforts.
• Engage in executive advisory discussions related to operational scaling, labor availability, retention challenges, and project execution environments.
• Add practical industry insights to workforce briefings, contractor intelligence reports, and executive research projects.
• Counsel on leadership recruitment dynamics, operational bottlenecks, organizational scaling, and workforce planning strategies.
• Offer feedback on emerging market trends affecting contractor performance and labor availability across significant construction sectors.
• Aid in the ongoing development of operational intelligence frameworks and methodologies for executive reporting.
• Collaborate with research, advisory, and industry leadership teams to enhance the accuracy and practical relevance of published findings.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical construction, industrial construction, renewable energy, specialty contracting, or related fields.
• Prior experience in operational leadership roles such as President, COO, VP Operations, Division Executive, Regional Executive, General Manager, Executive Project Leader, Preconstruction Executive, or equivalent positions.
• Strong comprehension of workforce planning, labor constraints, operational scaling, hiring strategies, and execution risks within construction settings.
• Experience managing multi-project operations, regional business units, or large-scale construction initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to provide practical operational insights based on active industry leadership experience.
• Experience dealing with labor shortages, compensation pressures, workforce retention challenges, or environments of rapid organizational growth is strongly preferred.
• Required direct leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Interest in labor market analysis, workforce forecasting, operational analytics, or research within the construction industry is preferred.
• Access to executive workforce intelligence discussions and industry research initiatives.
• Collaboration with senior construction leaders across various sectors and regions.
• Involvement in strategic advisory discussions related to labor markets, operational scaling, and workforce planning.
• Visibility in future executive publications, advisory initiatives, and industry research efforts.
