Board Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage in establishing the strategic direction, sanctioning yearly budgets, and assessing the organization’s advancement.

• Ensure adherence to legal obligations and uphold the financial integrity of the organization.

• Serve as a representative of NESsT in the community, aiding in the development of networks and promoting awareness for our mission.

• Actively contribute to fundraising initiatives through personal donations, connecting the organization with potential benefactors, or supporting events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust network within corporate, investment, development, philanthropic institutions and/or HNWIs/Family Offices throughout Europe.

• Experience and/or dedication to impact investing, especially focused on Central and Eastern Europe—specifically Poland and Romania.

• Familiarity with the social enterprise and small business sectors in the region is advantageous.
