Board Director – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic advice to the executive leadership team

• Supervise performance metrics, governance, risk management, and stakeholder priorities

• Participation in committees may encompass Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity, or other relevant areas based on the organization's needs

• Aid in crucial decisions regarding growth strategies, capital planning, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, and operational cadence
