• Leverage your medical knowledge to perform comprehensive evaluations of clinical cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology

• Valid, unrestricted Indiana Medical License

• More than 5 years of clinical practice experience

• Attend all mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Maintain necessary credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements essential for the role
