• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clinical cases

• Assess medical documentation

• Generate clinical summaries

• Respond to specific inquiries from clients

• Provide high-quality healthcare evaluations along with prompt determinations and reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification in Ophthalmology

• Valid, unrestricted Indiana Medical License

• Over 5 years of clinical practice experience

• Completion of all mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Maintenance of proper credentialing, state licenses, and any other certifications or requirements essential for the role
