This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists in managing contracts by initiating draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments; collaborating with Sales and Operational SMEs on scope development; aiding the Legal team with document formatting and tracking; and ensuring precise contract files and status updates in the Contract Tracker.

• Employs corporate templates as supplied by the Legal department.

• Evaluates agreement documents to discern requirements from proposals and/or other materials to accurately articulate legal requirements, scope, timeline, and budget.

• Reviews and analyzes externally provided client agreements and modifications to Gifthealth agreements.

• Applies Contract SOPs to monitor renewals and maintain precise records.

• Oversees the entire contract development process—including document creation, coordination with SMEs and leadership, review cycles, and integration of feedback—and manages the final packaging and submission to relevant client or business development channels.

• Maintains contract libraries and templates to enhance development efficiency.

• Engages in Commercial Team meetings, offering input and support as necessary.

• Performs additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or a related field (Required)

• 5+ years of experience in patient access support, contract management, and client management (Required)

• Proficient in document management and contract management systems (Google Suite and Office 365) (Required)

• Understanding of contract administration principles and processes; budgeting and pricing fundamentals; commercial pharmacy industry; pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors; CRM and associated digital technologies.

• Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards (Required)

• Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical-related commercial contracting regulations (Required)

• Familiarity with federal and state contracting policies and regulations, especially concerning HIPAA and patient privacy (Preferred)

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Required)

• Advanced organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities (Required)

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail (Required)

• Capability to interpret complex contract requirements and documents (Required)

• Ability to maintain precise records and manage end-to-end contract workflows (Required)

• Capability to work independently and swiftly adapt to changing conditions (Required)

• Ability to contribute to contract strategy and enhance processes (Preferred)

• Skill in fostering cross-functional collaboration (Preferred)
