This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Perform evaluations (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and create tailored treatment plans.
β’ Offer continuous supervision and assistance to RBTs who are directly engaging with clients.
β’ Provide direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services when clinically suitable.
β’ Educate caregivers and work together with families to facilitate skill generalization.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely documentation while adhering to all professional and ethical standards established by the BACB.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery and maintain clinical integrity.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
β’ Masterβs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Must be Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview.
β’ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home visits as necessary.
β’ Access to a secure and private home office setting for conducting telehealth sessions.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making abilities.
β’ Ability to pass a background check and fulfill any additional state prerequisites.
β’ Professional liability insurance (mandatory for independent contractors).
β’ Experience in home-based or telehealth ABA services is preferred.
