Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and create tailored treatment plans.

• Offer continuous supervision and assistance to RBTs who are directly engaging with clients.

• Provide direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services when clinically suitable.

• Educate caregivers and work together with families to facilitate skill generalization.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation while adhering to all professional and ethical standards established by the BACB.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery and maintain clinical integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Must be Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home visits as necessary.

• Access to a secure and private home office setting for conducting telehealth sessions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making abilities.

• Ability to pass a background check and fulfill any additional state prerequisites.

• Professional liability insurance (mandatory for independent contractors).

• Experience in home-based or telehealth ABA services is preferred.
