This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee personalized ABA programs through Telehealth in home, school, and community environments, utilizing Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
• Facilitate the growth and development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline.
• Valid BCBA certification.
• At least 3 years of post-certification ABA experience.
• Capacity to deliver client support within our service hours of 8:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday, tailored to client needs and aligned with the time zone of your caseload.
• Technology: A reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote workspace equipped with dependable video conferencing capabilities.
• Physical Ability: Capability to sit or stand for extended durations and operate standard computer equipment throughout the workday.
