Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create impactful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming informed by data, progress, and ongoing client assessments.

• Deliver continuous direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs managing patient caseloads.

• Offer consistent direct and indirect guidance to families essential for successful programming.

• Maintain regular communication with all members of the treatment team.

• Engage in collaborative initiatives with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.

• Review data promptly and communicate necessary updates to team members.

• Uphold professional boundaries as outlined by the BACB.

• Conduct thorough initial intakes and carry out recurring assessments.

• Plan for discharge and transitions for children within your caseload.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a currently certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• LBA certification (if applicable).

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

• A reliable vehicle and driver's license are required for commuting to clients' homes.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA techniques.

• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and to bend and squat for up to an hour daily.

• Must be capable of performing tasks that involve fine and gross motor skills, as well as the ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor or in a chair, or stand for extended periods.
