This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans
• Perform assessments and track progress
• Guide and mentor RBTs
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent and effective care
• Maintain documentation and uphold clinical quality standards
• Keep abreast of the latest best practices and advancements in the field
• Valid BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license (mandatory)
• Experience in delivering ABA through telehealth
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• A client-centered, results-oriented approach
• Capability to effectively balance clinical and administrative duties
