This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of clinical outcomes for your designated caseload.
• Track client advancement, goal achievement, and discharge planning.
• Ensure that authorized hours are utilized efficiently.
• Perform assessments, including FBAs, functional analyses when suitable, and skills assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
• Create customized, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Ensure that programming aligns with medical necessity and payer specifications.
• Provide supervision for high-acuity cases and crisis scenarios.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as necessary.
• Make immediate clinical decisions during sessions.
• Oversee and mentor RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB standards.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and offer real-time feedback.
• Promote treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and appropriate prompting and reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain clinical records that are ready for audits.
• Regularly communicate with caregivers and offer training and updates.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure, if required.
• 2–3 years of experience in ABA.
• Experience managing high-acuity behaviors and intricate cases.
• Strong abilities in supervision, coaching, and staff development.
