Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and various behavioral evaluations.

• Create, implement, and revise individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Provide continuous supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, as necessary.

• Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on client progress.

• Offer training for parents and caregivers through telehealth sessions.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation is maintained.

• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and relevant state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Active Oklahoma ABA License.

• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services via telehealth.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace are essential.

• Completion of 8-hour supervision training in accordance with the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0).
