Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure a steady virtual office presence for at least 5 hours each day during peak service times.

• Perform remote assessments and create behavior intervention plans for clients in the Indio region.

• Deliver Telehealth ABA therapy sessions to clients.

• Supervise and provide training to Behavior Technicians who are working directly with clients, remotely.

• Collaborate online with the clinical team, other therapists, and relevant stakeholders.

• Attend virtual team meetings and participate in case reviews.

• Conduct remote training sessions for parents and caregivers.

• Maintain and update clinical documentation within electronic systems.

• Analyze data and revise treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in professional development initiatives.

• Be available during designated working hours for consultation and support to the Indio team.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards concerning telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• An active California BCBA license.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.

• Previous experience with telehealth service delivery is preferred.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.

• Capability to maintain a consistent virtual office presence during peak service hours.
