Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure a stable virtual office presence for at least 5 hours each day during peak service times.

• Perform remote evaluations and create behavior intervention strategies for clients in the Indio region.

• Deliver Telehealth ABA therapy sessions to clients.

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians who are working directly with clients in person.

• Collaborate online with the clinical team, fellow therapists, and stakeholders.

• Engage in virtual team meetings and participate in case review discussions.

• Conduct remote training sessions for parents and caregivers.

• Maintain and revise clinical documentation within electronic systems.

• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Participate in professional development initiatives.

• Be accessible during designated working hours for consultation and support to the Indio team.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards for telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Active BCBA license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.

• Preferred experience in delivering telehealth services.

• Competence in using telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual team.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.

• Ability to maintain a consistent virtual office presence during peak service hours.
