Blockchain Developer – Solidity, Rust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement smart contracts utilizing Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains.

• Construct and sustain Rust-based blockchain modules for platforms like Substrate or those compatible with Solana.

• Participate in the creation of custom blockchain protocols and token standards.

• Write secure, gas-efficient, and thoroughly validated smart contracts.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain features into products.

• Perform code reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments for blockchain-related code.

• Evaluate and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technologies, including new EIPs, cryptographic techniques, and layer-2 solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in blockchain development with practical coding experience in Solidity and Rust.

• In-depth understanding of smart contract design, blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.

• Experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or other similar EVM chains.

• Proficient in Rust for blockchain environments like Substrate or Solana.

• Familiarity with tools such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, and others.

• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.), and layer-1/layer-2 ecosystems.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to write clean, maintainable code.

• Understanding of Islamic finance or Sharia-compliant financial principles is advantageous.
