Blade Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform high-quality repairs on wind turbine blades utilizing epoxy resin systems in accordance with technical specifications.

• Ensure precise service documentation and generate comprehensive repair reports.

• Rigorously follow all safety protocols, company policies, and local regulatory standards while on-site.

• Work in conjunction with the engineering team on ongoing repairs and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in repairing wind turbine blades with epoxy laminate technology.

• A valid category B driving license is essential; category B+E is desirable (if you do not currently possess B+E, we will assist you in acquiring these qualifications).

• Capability to work at heights of up to 160m and willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

• Rope Access certification is preferred but not essential.

• Proficient in English at a communicative level (necessary for understanding technical documentation and reporting).
