📋 Description

• Develop processes that enhance business operations

• Create a value stream that illustrates demand and identifies delivery challenges at each stage of the Value Stream

• Enhance turnaround times at each stage, including collaboration with upstream partners

• Educate others on established processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification

• Strong project management skills to complement process expertise

• Capacity to work independently and drive initiatives

• Experience in implementing metrics

• Background in establishing quality controls

• Proficient in facilitating root cause analysis using metrics and anecdotal discussions

• Ability to facilitate and oversee the implementation of solutions

• Deliver standard Six Sigma outputs, including process mapping of current and future states with gap analysis
