📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical trial management activities, guiding your team to achieve high-quality results.

• Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of intricate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project schedules.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate the successful execution of sophisticated clinical studies.

• Create and manage detailed study plans, budgets, and timelines, maximizing resource efficiency and maintaining a strong focus on productivity.

• Lead the resolution of complex issues and challenges that may occur during clinical trials, utilizing strategic problem-solving techniques and effective communication methods.

• Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and upholding high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Experience in biosample operations, biomarker programs, and sample lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of central laboratory operations.

• Significant experience in clinical study management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.

• Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, promoting productive collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.
