This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Respond to service requests to assess, diagnose, repair, and conduct scheduled maintenance on basic biomedical equipment.
β’ Adhere to the relevant GEHC policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, while completing necessary documentation.
β’ Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved and followed up appropriately.
β’ Record all repair activities and submit reports/summaries in accordance with the established schedule.
β’ Ensure the proper maintenance of spare parts, tools, and testing equipment, and verify calibration as needed.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree, military training, completion of a certificate program, or current student nearing completion within 12 months, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 months of experience in servicing electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment.
β’ Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
β’ Experience in customer-facing positions is essential.
β’ Familiarity with electronic digital circuitry and a solid understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
