This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Utilize proprietary software applications to provide inputs and labels on assigned projects.

• Assist in ensuring the delivery of high-quality curated data.

• Take a key role in supporting and contributing to the training of new tasks, collaborating closely with technical staff to guarantee the successful development and implementation of innovative initiatives and technologies.

• Work with technical personnel to enhance the design of efficient annotation tools.

• Address challenges that propel innovation in life sciences by guiding AI models to improve research in specialized areas, thus enhancing outcomes in scientific discovery and application.

• Select problems from various fields within biology, biotechnology, and life sciences that correspond with your expertise in specific subdomains such as genomic analysis, evolutionary biology, or drug discovery, where you can confidently offer detailed solutions and assess model responses.

• Consistently interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on provided instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in a biology-related discipline.

• Proficiency in Genetics, Genomics, Developmental Biology, Systems Biology, Physiology and Anatomy, Evolution, Microbiology, Plant Biology, Zoology and Animal Biology, Marine Biology and Oceanography, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Drug Discovery.

• Excellent reading and writing skills in both informal and professional English.

• Strong ability to navigate various information resources, databases, and online platforms is essential.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent reading comprehension skills coupled with the ability to exercise independent judgment even when faced with limited data or materials.

• A strong passion for and dedication to technological advancements and innovation.
