Biology Expert – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Develop and organize upper-undergraduate and graduate-level Biology questions accompanied by comprehensive, fully worked-out solutions.

• Design challenging and realistic tasks that highlight potential failure modes in advanced AI systems.

• Transform diagram-intensive or multipart biology inquiries into standalone, text-based questions with clear answers.

• Provide thorough explanations and ensure scientific accuracy throughout both the questions and their corresponding solutions.

• Assess AI-generated answers, identify mistakes, and refine questions to align with targeted difficulty levels.

• Review Biology tasks produced by colleagues, enhancing their clarity, accuracy, and realism.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold consistent standards across extensive task collections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Ph.D., or candidates who are currently pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in at least three of the following tools: BWA, Bowtie2, GATK, HMMER, HHsuite, STAR, SPAdes, IQ-TREE, OpenMM, AlphaFold2, PyOpenMS, RELION, PhysiCell, COPASI, Comet, COBRApy, Hifiasm, ABySS, DeepVariant, Flye, OR-Tools, Bracken, Kraken2, MEGAHIT, antiSMASH, BEAST2, FastTree, DIA-NN, Percolator, AutoDock Vina, CP2K, Salmon, MethylDackel, Canu, and GROMACS.
